About Sixfold
Sixfold is a minimalist puzzle game for iPhone, iPad and Mac built around six colours and a simple goal. With no written instructions, its rules are discovered through play as each move changes the possibilities on the board.
The player places pieces on a grid, selecting them one at a time from a randomly generated pool. Matching colours on neighbouring pieces move together, gradually concentrating colours around the board. Gather six segments of one colour onto a single piece and the completed piece disappears. The aim is to clear as many pieces as possible before the pool runs out.
Sixfold contains no written language. Its rules and gameplay are communicated entirely through colour, symbols and movement, so the same game can be played anywhere in the world without localisation. Sixfold includes an alternative colour palette designed for common forms of colour blindness, with optional symbols providing an additional way to distinguish colours.
Sixfold is a single-player game. It requires no login and there are no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no analytics and no data collection. Buy it once, play it forever.
